Shipping & Returns
US SHIPPING
We offer free US shipping on all orders $40 or more. All recurring subscription orders are shipped for free.
For orders under $40, we offer a flat rate of $6.00 for standard shipping within the US. Please note, Hawaii and Alaska shipping may take a little extra time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping.
DISPATCH TIME
Orders are usually processed within 3 business days. Most packages take between 3 to 7 business days (not including holidays) to arrive once shipped. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information inside. Please allow up to 48 hours after notice for tracking information to be updated. If USPS marks your order as delivered and you haven’t received it, please wait 24 hours as packages are sometimes delivered a day after they are marked as delivered. We do not ship on weekends.
XO Bath is not responsible for additional shipping charges if the package is returned because of a customer address error, customer absence, or package refusal. If an address needs to be changed after the order has been placed, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the necessary changes but are not responsible for packages that have already shipped.
RETURNS
Prior permission must be granted before returning products. Contact us at info@xobath.com.
All return or exchange packages must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date and order number must be clearly written on the outside of the box.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please email info@xobath.com if your product(s) arrive damaged. Please include in the subject line DAMAGED along with your order number and attach a photo of the broken product. Our support team will respond back with replacement details.
RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
